Fireworks shot, again looking from the Top of the World.I cant say if they check each person going to the observation deck, but since there was only one way to get there, I have to assume the process was the same for the Lounge and the Deck, they are basically connected. Everyone has to have a BLT Room Id and be a DVC Member, before getting escorted into the elevator for the lounge.
